The Approach

The Plant is the teacher. We, as facilitators, are the guides, following the wisdom imparted to us by our physical teachers.

Shaped by 30 years of exploration across anthropological, scientific, religious, and shamanic traditions, Nixiwaka’s approach to ceremony is rooted in lived experience. His work with the Traditional Healers of Africa, the Huni Kuin tribe, and the Santo Daime community form the living foundation of every ceremony he holds.

As an initiated Sangoma, registered with the Traditional Healers Association of South Africa, he brings an African essence into a ceremony that transcends any single tradition, authentic, alive, and shaped entirely by the wisdom received from those who came before.

Philosophy
The Whole Plant

Unlike approaches that reduce the Plant to its chemical constituents, the focus here is on the medicine as a whole, embracing its mystery, allowing it to unfold naturally.

Practice
Intuitive Flow

Ceremonies are not scripted. Each one is shaped by the intuitive flow of the experience itself, guided by trust in the medicine and the needs of those present.

Tradition
Living Lineage

The songs, prayers, and practices come from real teachers in real traditions, Amazonian, African, and Red Path, woven together with care and respect.

Nixiwaka and Adam, before ceremony

No recordings. Only the live experience.

Nixiwaka and Adam do not use pre-recorded music in ceremony. They believe in the potency of live sound, where songs and prayers arise in the moment, evoking visions and enriching each participant’s journey.

Their music is a distinctive blend of Amazonian and Red Path traditions, shaped over decades. Nixiwaka plays a unique array of hand-crafted instruments, while Adam brings guitar and soulful songs learned directly from indigenous tribes in Brazil.
