These surveys are confidential and are reviewed personally by Nixiwaka before every ceremony. They are not a screening tool to exclude people — they are a care tool to include them more fully.
Please take your time and answer as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers. The more Nixiwaka knows about where you are coming from, the better he can serve you in the ceremony space.
Certain health conditions and medications require specific care or preparation in ceremony. The survey allows Nixiwaka to be fully informed.
Understanding what you are bringing into the ceremony — your history, your questions, your wounds — allows the facilitators to hold you more precisely.
