I find it easier and safer to work with the cactus by clipping off the long spikes.
Cut out the thorns
Its nice and clean this way
removing the outer skin
Cutting the fillets
removing the green fillets
This will go to the pot
cooking the Cactus
This is what is leftover. We will use it to make a floor sealer for the Maloka floor.
